The Chancelier is responsible for maintaining the Academie Membership Roster, assisting local groups to locate instructors for dance classes at events, local meetings, revels, etc., assisting local groups who wish to start local dance guilds, and reports to the Kingdom Minister of Arts and Sciences on the progress, projects, and activities of both the Academie and local dance guilds. The Chancelier may appoint deputies as needed. The Chancelier is chosen by the general consensus of the Members of the Academie.

Communications Officier LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEERS! The communications officier of the Academie is appointed by the Chancelier. This role primarily serves by cross sharing communications across many platforms to reach folks interested in the Academie and historical dance. These platforms may include Email, Facebook, Discord, and others deemed appropriate by this officier.

University Track Coordinator Magnifica Helena Hrolfsdottir (Penelope Millar) penelopetroxell AT gmail DOT com The University Track Coordinator encourages folks to teach and take classes at University of Atlantia. They work with the Registrar of University of Atlantia to advise on the order of classes and if mutiple classes need to be scheduled at the same time.

Web Minister Maestra Nicolosa de Misura(Kendra Schmid) knschmid AT gmail.com The Web Minister of the Academie is appointed by the Chancelier and is responsible for maintaining the Academie website and email list, and any other duties assigned by the Chancelier.
